The hotel is clean and also the staff is great. Wifi is working althought it could be better and the lifts are also working well. There are food stalls nearby. The Aljunied rrain station is around 10 minutes walk and the buses as alternative are also close by.

Easy access to the MRT,Taxis , Restaurants, Catholic Churches, and Tourist Attractions, Great value hotels for your money! Staff were very nice and helpful Specially May ( she had an excellent customer service skills) Also The Cleaning Lady Jen refreshed my room nicely Every single day we return to our room from touring Singapore, my room was replenished. The room and the bathroom were always so nice and clean

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the metro and my room although it was small it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. For the duration of my staying which was only 2 nights, it was perfect, I could not ask for more. Additionally the staff was really nice and friendly.

The location was close to a lot of things including the venue we wanted to attend. Access to transport was also available and the only draw back is some of the locals told us to be careful as solo female travellers due to unsavoury establishments being located around the hotel. But we didn't have any issues at all during our stay!

The room was very clean except the room and toilet are super tiny! It was a good thing i was alone,. If for 2 persons would be super duper cramp! Apart from the room size, the services, cleanliness, location are excellent! Accessiblity to public transportation, eateries are great. There are 24 hours eateries in the vicinity. Travelling to town is a few train stations away, which makes this location very convenient. Grab transport is also very easy to travel around for my work.

Cheap & cheerful accommodation in a lively (dodgy?) part of an expensive city. Plenty of food options and convenience stores plus some colourful characters in the area. Easy to find and access from Aljunied MRT for able-bodied guests. Taxi recommended for anyone with mobility considerations. My room was compact but fresh (renovated?) with a window - unsure if they all have them as I requested it. If you get a window, don't expect a view ;) Hot & cold water dispenser in lobby - BYO bottle.

Honestly a very good place for a smaller budget. Room was small, but we had enough space for luggages. Very clean room with good hot shower with curtains. They also provide cold and hot water at reception. Wifi was good and location was very good, buses are 2 minutes walking, 12 for metro & you can be downtown in 15 minutes in both options. There is also a very good restaurant 1 minutes walk.

Always a good experience at this hotel. Good and fair prices, especially what the hotel rate explosion has done in Singapore. The staff is always excellent!! Really great. Great location for food. Great location for the MRT system in public transportation. And I always know what to expect from an Ibis Hotel: a clean room that gives me everything that I need. I visited from 3 January to 6th January 2025. The room rate I paid was US$ 65... All taxes and fees included. I'll be back!
